# If the agreed work misses, you choose the remedy

FidelicAI promises inspectable work and a delivery window. It does not promise a business result outside its control.

## The remedy depends on the hiring mode

### Day Pass or Sprint

If agreed Day Pass or Sprint work is missing, materially fails its written acceptance checks, or misses its delivery window for a reason within FidelicAI's control, the customer may choose one no-charge re-performance of the same work or a refund of that engagement fee.

### Monthly Retainer

For each full calendar day a named Monthly Retainer delivery or response window is late for a reason within FidelicAI's control, the customer receives one thirtieth of that month's rate as a service credit. Credits for one month are capped at that month's fee.

## The promise starts with a written finish line

A Day Pass confirms its initial priorities. A Sprint confirms its project. Both state the required inputs, acceptance checks, approvers, and delivery window before work begins. If those facts cannot be stated, the work should not start under that mode.

- **Agreed work:** The Day Pass priorities or Sprint project, including each brief, audit, register, packet, master, or other promised artifact.
- **Acceptance checks:** The source, measurement, reconciliation, approval, and open-question checks that apply to each agreed delivery.
- **Required inputs:** The documents, access, facts, and owner decisions FidelicAI needs to meet the window.
- **Delivery window:** The dated handoff for one-time work, or the delivery and response rhythm for a Monthly Retainer.

## The delivery remedy does not apply to these delays

The delivery remedy does not apply to delay caused by:

- Delay caused by late, incomplete, or unusable access or inputs from the buyer.
- A change to the agreed work, acceptance check, or deadline after work begins.
- A delayed owner or qualified-professional approval.
- A third-party outage outside FidelicAI's reasonable control.
- A request that is unlawful, outside the published role, or blocked by the approval boundary.

## The delivery promise covers the agreed work

The delivery remedy covers the agreed work and timing. It does not promise revenue, ranking, savings, a legal or coverage outcome, filing acceptance, or another result outside that work. Insurance, legal, finance, employment, and intellectual-property decisions remain with the owner and relevant qualified professional.
