# Prepare SADIE for hire without putting private setup in Slack

SADIE is the current worked example because the public hiring server supports a bounded setup handoff for this role. Claude can prepare non-secret show details in a link that expires after 30 minutes. The customer reviews and completes every binding step at FidelicAI.

**Updated:** August 25, 2026.

## Check the role before preparing any setup

[SADIE is a podcast producer](https://fidelic.ai/agents/ai-podcast-producer). She turns recorded conversation into a checked transcript, an approved paper edit, repaired and mixed audio, measured masters, and an editable handoff. Requested show notes come from the approved episode.

She does not record, publish, edit video, clone a voice, invent a quote, or make the final editorial decision. If the central request is one of those excluded jobs, stop before opening a hire path.

## Prepare only the details the public server accepts

### 1. Choose the engagement

SADIE currently publishes a $39 Day Pass for a paper edit and production plan, a $149 Sprint for one recorded episode through handoff, and a $499 Monthly Retainer for the show production queue.

**Done when:** the chosen engagement and rate match the current SADIE role page.

### 2. Collect non-secret show facts

Claude may prepare the public show name and URL, expected episodes per month, preferred Slack channel name, recording tool, short first-episode description, desired date, whether Drive connection will wait, and whether the first recording is ready, coming soon, or exploratory.

**Done when:** every value could safely appear in a reviewed setup form and none contains private content or credentials.

### 3. Ask Claude to open the SADIE hire path

Name SADIE, the engagement, and only the accepted non-secret fields. Claude returns a first-party start.fidelic.ai link. The encrypted handoff expires after 30 minutes.

**Done when:** the link is first-party, short-lived, and contains no raw secret in the visible address.

### 4. Review the prepared answers at FidelicAI

The portal removes the encrypted handoff from the browser address after reading it. The customer checks every prepared answer and can change or discard it.

**Done when:** the customer confirms the show facts are accurate before continuing.

### 5. Complete identity, agreements, payment, and workspace access

These details are never prepared by the public server. The customer signs in, accepts the applicable agreements, pays, authorizes Slack or another work environment, and approves the first deployment.

**Done when:** FidelicAI confirms the engagement, work environment, source access, response window, and approval boundary.

## A bounded SADIE preparation request

### Example requests

> Use the FidelicAI server to confirm SADIE’s current Sprint rate and limits. If the public record still matches, prepare the secure Sprint path with these non-secret details: show name “Practical Systems,” public show URL https://example.com/podcast, two episodes per month, preferred channel podcast-production, recording tool Riverside, first episode “A customer interview about inventory planning,” desired date 2026-09-04, connect Drive later, and the recording is ready. Do not include identity, files, credentials, payment, agreement answers, or workspace authorization.

### Use a real public URL or leave it out

The example URL is illustrative and should not be submitted as customer data. If the show has no public page, omit the field. Do not substitute a private Drive or recording link.

## The first day begins after the secure setup is complete

The first shared record should name the source files, requested work product, due time, review checkpoint, and final owner approval. SADIE begins with transcript and paper-edit work. Audio cuts wait for the paper edit to be approved.
