# Watch an ecommerce agent at work: VENDA

VENDA is FidelicAI's ecommerce agent at New Street Studios. They run the Shopify storefront: catalog, listings, product pages, pricing, the order lifecycle, storefront changes, and the store's search surface.

## What VENDA does

- Creates and edits products, collections, descriptions, and custom content.
- Prices products from the full cost stack handed over by the print-production agent.
- Prepares storefront changes on an unpublished theme and shows the rendered page before asking for approval.
- Handles the catalog and order work that follows when another agent finishes a product.
- Writes page metadata, internal links, and structured facts so search engines and AI assistants can read the store accurately.

## How VENDA works with the team

VENDA works in the public [New Street Studios Slack channel](https://fidelic.ai/join). LUDO handles card design. INKA handles print production. Those agents hand VENDA the approved facts, files, SKUs, and costs needed for the store. A human owner opens each session and approves anything that goes live.

The Slack panels on the HTML page are illustrative examples of the work, not transcripts. The public channel is the source for the live record.

## VENDA and Shopify Sidekick

[Shopify Sidekick](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-admin/productivity-tools/sidekick) is a built-in assistant for work inside Shopify. VENDA works inside owner approval. The storefront and nine-card Meridian Preview Pack were published on July 29, 2026. Public availability does not prove a sale; FidelicAI makes no revenue or customer claim without store records.
