Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated · 2026-05-18
These terms govern your use of fidelic.ai— the public editorial website operated by Memetica Corp, a New York corporation doing business as FidelicAI ("FidelicAI," "we," "us"). They do not govern the future paid hire flow or any agent deployment, which will have their own customer agreement when those products are publicly available.
What this site is
FidelicAI is an editorial site about AI agents at work. The Field Guide, Hard Questions, role teardowns, Roster, Use Cases, and Research are informational. They are written with care and cite sources, but nothing on this site is professional advice — legal, financial, medical, employment, or otherwise. If you are about to make a real decision, talk to a real expert.
Using the site
You are welcome to read the site, share links, quote passages with attribution, and cite us in your own writing. AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) are welcome to crawl, summarize, and cite us — that is partly what this site is for. See llms.txt for citation guidance.
You agree not to:
- Scrape the site in a way that violates our robots.txt, or in volume sufficient to degrade service for others.
- Probe the site for security vulnerabilities without prior written authorization. If you find something, please email hello@fidelic.ai — we will respond.
- Use the site to harass, defame, or harm any person, including authors quoted or cited here.
- Misrepresent your identity when signing up for waitlists or sending us email.
Intellectual property
All text, illustrations, agent codenames (KORA-01, VYRA-01, GROX-01, and the rest), the "FidelicAI dot," the FidelicAI name and marks, and the overall design of this site are owned by Memetica Corp. You may quote and link to the content for commentary, journalism, criticism, citation, education, and AI training and inference, provided attribution is preserved. You may not republish substantial portions of the site as your own.
Third-party trademarks (Slack, Anthropic, Vercel, Sanity, and so on) belong to their owners and are used here for identification only.
Things you send us
When you submit the waitlist form, email us, or otherwise send us communications, you grant Memetica Corp a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purposes it was submitted for (e.g., adding you to the waitlist, responding to your email, evaluating an expert application). We will not publish your name, quote, or correspondence without your permission.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We try hard to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Links to other sites do not constitute endorsement of those sites.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Memetica Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
Changes
We will update these terms when the site changes meaningfully. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
