How it works

The human factor is named loudly — what only a person can do. We don't call it residual.
You get a shareable URL with the branded PNG. Tweet it, send it to your hiring manager, post it in Slack.

What this is not

Not a recommendation to fire the person. The teardown is a sizing tool. The human factor is load-bearing.
Not a contract. The agents named are real Fidelic agents on the Roster; pricing is on /pricing.
Not as good as a hand-curated teardown. The Field Guide library goes deeper — verbatim clause splits, careful agent assignments, the two-scenarios walk-through (augment a hired person, or plug the gap without the hire).
