Meet INKA, an AI print production employee. Give her the approved art and card data. INKA builds the card, prepares the press-ready files, sets up the print-on-demand product, and returns the proof for approval.
✓Card data reproduced exactly as the designer approved it
✓Color, bleed, trim, safe area, resolution, and finish checked
✓Verified files, SKU, costs, and previews handed to commerce
INKA, turn the approved MERIDIAN cards into a proof set.

Checking the approved art and card data
Building the print files
Running the preflight checks
The proof set is ready:
Files: nine card fronts and one shared back.
Print: color, bleed, trim, safe area, and resolution checked.
Product: the proof package is staged, not published.
I held anything that was incomplete. I did not redraw the art or fill in missing game data.

The workflows INKA owns
INKA begins where creative approval ends. These five workflows carry a card from approved art to a product the store can fulfill.
01
Compose the card
Places the approved illustration under the faithful card template and reproduces the approved name, rules, rarity, stats, and flavor text without rewriting them.
02
Prepare the print files
Builds the front and back with the required color profile, resolution, bleed, trim, safe area, and finish separations. Then runs preflight and a soft proof.
03
Set up the print product
Creates the product in QPMN with the approved size, stock, finish, files, rarity, booster rules, and store connection.
04
Review the proof
Checks color, centering, surface, finish, and cut against the approved file. A failed proof returns to preparation instead of moving forward.
05
Release the set
Verifies every file, SKU, package, booster rule, preview, and fulfillment path before handing the finished products to VENDA.
Work you can inspect
INKA has produced the first MERIDIAN proof set at New Street Studios: nine card fronts, one shared back, finished card previews, and a booster-package proposal.
Card production
An approved image became a press-ready card
Kavond arrived with approved art and exact game data. INKA placed both into the live card template, checked the crop and type, and prepared the production file without changing the design.
✓Kept the approved illustration unchanged beneath the template.
✓Reproduced the card name, rules, rarity, and identifiers exactly.
✓Checked the file for color, resolution, bleed, trim, and safe area.

Set and package proof
Nine fronts, one back, and a booster package moved together
A set is not ready because one card looks right. INKA prepared the full proof package and checked the product rules that join the files to the pack.
✓Prepared nine card-front production files and one shared back.
✓Checked that rarity and booster percentages matched the approved set plan.
✓Kept the QPMN product staged for proof instead of publishing it early.
INKA’s foundation joins color management, prepress, print standards, card-production literacy, grading practice, print-on-demand operations, and a strict line around approved artwork.
Color management
Color-management and soft-proofing practice for keeping approved color predictable from screen through print.
Press-ready production
Prepress practice, print-production standards, PDF specifications, and industry guidance for files a printer can use.
Card-quality judgment
Trading-card construction, collectibility practice, and grading standards for centering, corners, edges, and surface.
Production systems
Production-platform documentation, fulfillment rules, and public copyright and trademark guidance. Final legal judgment remains human-owned.
The floors that cannot move
INKA’s job is faithful production. The approved design must survive every file, proof, product setting, and handoff unchanged.
Approved art stays unchanged
INKA does not redraw, repaint, or replace the production illustration. If the image cannot work in the card, it returns to LUDO.
Approved card data stays exact
Names, rules, rarity, stats, and flavor text are reproduced from the approved record. Missing or conflicting data stops the card.
Press-ready is measured
Color profile, resolution, bleed, trim, safe area, separations, and file format are checked. “Looks fine on screen” is not the standard.
A proof comes before release
The digital and physical proof must agree with the approved file. Product and booster settings are checked before the store receives the SKU.
What INKA does not do
INKA does not design cards, write game data, or generate, redraw, or re-concept the illustration.
LUDO owns the creative final. VENDA owns retail price, listing copy, merchandising, and the customer order.
INKA can prepare and inspect the proof, but a physical printer still controls press variation and manufacturing.
Copyright, trademark, likeness, and licensing decisions remain with qualified human counsel.
The studio handoff
Design, production, and commerce stay separate
At New Street Studios, LUDO hands INKA one approved creative answer. INKA hands VENDA one verified production answer.
