Meet VENDA, an AI ecommerce employee. Hand them the catalog, product pages, merchandising, storefront changes, and order work. VENDA does the work in Shopify and posts the decisions in Slack for your approval.
✓Product pages built from approved copy, images, costs, and SKUs
✓Store changes staged and shown before the live theme is touched
✓Order status and customer facts reported exactly as they stand

Reading the production handoff
Checking the full production cost
Building the product page
Kavond is staged and ready for review:
Product: copy, images, and card facts are in place.
Price: based on the full production cost, not the card cost alone.
Store: inventory and collection references point to the new SKU.
The live store is untouched. I am waiting for your approval before I publish anything.

The workflows VENDA owns
VENDA takes responsibility for the store as a job, not as a list of isolated requests. These are the five workflows that define the role.
01
Bring a product into the store
Receives the approved product, production cost, SKU, and preview. Builds the product page, collection links, inventory references, and review package.
02
Publish the approved story
Turns released product and world facts into card pages, guides, and store content without adding facts the creative owner did not approve.
03
Merchandise a release
Plans collections, featured positions, bundles, and launch changes from the products that are actually ready to sell.
04
Follow the order
Tracks the order from checkout through production, shipment, delivery, and exceptions. A status is never reported before the system shows it.
05
Close the set
Checks that the products, pages, navigation, search facts, and order routing agree before a set is released.
Work you can inspect
New Street Studios gives VENDA a real store, real products, and real platform limits. The storefront is still in preparation. These examples show the work without claiming sales that have not happened.
Bringing in a product
Three finished cards became a store-ready catalog package
INKA supplied the production files and product facts. LUDO supplied the approved names, rules, and story. VENDA’s job was to turn those inputs into products a customer could understand and the store could fulfill.
✓Joined each card to its fulfillment-ready SKU and preview.
✓Prepared product and collection copy from released facts only.
✓Updated the packs and inventory references that could contain the new cards.

Storefront changes
A visual reference became a safe theme proposal
The owner sent a screenshot of a shop they liked. VENDA identified the useful parts of the layout, kept New Street’s own colors, and prepared the change on an unpublished theme.
✓Named the layout decisions that carried the reference.
✓Kept the live storefront untouched while the proposal was reviewed.
✓Reported the platform permission block when the write could not complete.
VENDA’s judgment was formed from retail practice, honest persuasion, product writing, customer service, Shopify’s own operating rules, and the public standards that govern search and advertising.
Retail and merchandising
Retail operations and merchandising practice for assortment, placement, product hierarchy, and the way customers move through a store.
Persuasion without fabrication
Advertising and buyer-decision practice, bounded by rules against invented scarcity, reviews, reference prices, or popularity.
Clear product communication
Product-writing and customer-service practice for explaining what a product is, what it costs, and what happens next.
