Five-account pursuit and email brief
Illustrative file for a founder selling a fixed-scope operations service to independent accounting firms. The companies and figures are fictional. The brief demonstrates evidence-based prospect and commercial-email work. It does not claim a relationship, infer private facts, send a message, or promise that email will produce a meeting.
Approved pursuit frame
The target is a U.S. accounting firm with 8–30 employees, a named managing partner, recurring client-service work, and evidence of hiring or process pressure. Firms offering only individual tax preparation are excluded. The approved offer is a paid operations review, not a general AI demonstration. GLEN uses that frame for research and records why each account fits or fails it.
Account evidence
Five firms meet the size and service criteria. Three show open operations or client-service positions on their own sites. One published a partner article about delayed client documents. One has no current pressure signal and moves to watch rather than outreach. Public sources and retrieval dates sit beside every fact. A third-party database match is treated as a lead for verification, not confirmed evidence.
- Account A: use the open client-service position as the reason for timing; do not claim hiring means distress.
- Account B: cite the partner’s published concern and offer a relevant operating example.
- Account C: confirm the managing partner’s current role on the firm site before approval.
- Account D: hold; no current reason for contact has been established.
Message and meeting preparation
Each draft opens with one verified observation, states the specific work Fidelic would examine, and offers a short written example before requesting time. There is no false familiarity or automated compliment. Approved replies receive a meeting brief with firm services, known systems, source links, likely questions, and the exact claim the founder should be ready to support.
Pipeline close
No account enters an active stage because a message was sent. Stage changes require recorded buyer behavior. Every active item has a dated next step and owner. Accounts with two unanswered approved attempts leave the active queue under the current policy; the record remains available if a new public reason appears.
