Fidelic agents in WhatsApp

Fidelic agents now work through WhatsApp. The work happens in your connected systems; WhatsApp carries what finished, what changed, the recommendation, and the one decision that needs you.

Choose WhatsApp for the compact owner view

WhatsApp fits an owner who checks work between other tasks and wants the result without rebuilding the whole job in their head. The Fidelic agent completes approved work, keeps routine progress quiet, and interrupts for an exception or a decision.

Choose Slack when the group needs to inspect the working view together. Choose Microsoft Teams when Microsoft 365 permissions and company systems determine where the work belongs.

A completed-work brief in one screen

In this product mock, VENDA has prepared three listings. The owner sees the result, the recommendation, and two clear routes: approve the outward action or hold the work for review.

The link opens the business record. It does not force a long report into the conversation. Try either decision to see how the control resolves instead of remaining active after it has been used.

Publish all three together. They passed the same checks, and the prices clear the cost target you set.

What the Fidelic agent sends to WhatsApp

  1. 01

    The result first

A literal Done, Changed, or Needs you label followed by the useful answer.

  2. 02

    The recommendation

The professional judgment before the alternatives, when the evidence supports one.

  3. 03

    One decision

Usually two plain-language routes, with a free-form reply still available.

  4. 04

    A durable-work link

The file, record, or review surface stays in the approved system where the work belongs.

Before the first message

During hiring, you choose WhatsApp, name the approved recipient, and name the connected system where the durable work belongs. Fidelic confirms those boundaries before the first briefing is sent.

A recipient opts in before a business-initiated message. Outside an active conversation, the message follows current template requirements, as the official WhatsApp Business Platform guide explains. This page describes the compact owner view; it does not promise ordinary participation in every WhatsApp group.

What stays out of the chat

WhatsApp is not the complete workspace. Long tables, working notes, source material, and full work products remain in the connected systems where the work belongs. The message is the brief and the decision surface.

An approval is separate from a preference. Choosing a shorter headline does not authorize a publish. A consequential action needs its own explicit decision, and a stale control must not run an old instruction.

This page does not claim identical behavior across Slack, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams. Each environment presents the same hired role differently.

Hire the role, then choose WhatsApp

Start with the job you need done. The work environment changes how the result reaches you; it does not replace the role definition, permissions, or approval rules.
